3 bedroomed timber lodges each with a veranda over looking Lake Pochard with one numbered dedicated parking space per lodge. Furnished to a high standard and suitable for wheelchair access. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Fully equipped with TV, free fibre optic broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob, full size oven and microwave. Lodges have bathrooms with either a walk-in shower or bath with shower over. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 – two single beds. Bedroom 3 – 2 full size bunk beds. Outside table & seating for 6, gas BBQ.

For Lake Pochard, the specimen lake, the cost is £25 per angler per day (24 hour fishing permitted).
If you are intending to fish Lake Pochard, please call the office mobile on 07908 435805 or email info@lakepochard.co.uk to check availability of swims (maximum of 8 anglers on Lake Pochard).
Late Check Out
Late check out is only available on Sunday at an additional cost of £30.
Please call the office in advance or on arrival to pay the late check out charge.
Payment Terms
25% deposit required when the booking is made, followed by the balance 8 weeks before the first day of your booking.
Some of the properties advertised for letting are privately owned and Lake Pochard Management Limited act as their agents.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable
More than 28 days notice, no additional charge
21-28 days notice – 25% of balance + deposit
14-21 days notice – 75% of balance + deposit
0-14 days notice – 100% of balance + deposit
Administration costs may apply.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £20 each (maximum of 2 dogs). The following policy is for the benefit of all those who are staying at our lodges. Consideration for the wildlife and other guests is paramount. Lake Pochard Management Ltd (or those appointed) reserves the right to ask you or your group to leave if a serious breach occurs which affects other guests, wildlife staff or the condition of the lodges.
Please…
- Pets are always to be kept on leads whilst on the site. There are dog walks around the area where they can be let off the lead.
- Any fouling is to be picked up and disposed of in the dog fouling bins provided.
- Pets are not to be left unattended in the lodges at any time.
- There are No Swimming signs for the lake and this includes pets due to blue-green algae which is not healthy for them.
- Respect the furnishings and bring your own bedding for your dogs, please keep them off settees and beds.
- Any damage caused by your pets, which is highlighted by housekeeping, shall be passed to individuals via the management team and damages paid for.
- Maximum 2 pets per lodge.
- If you have pets that moult, please request the hoover to clean up the hairs before you depart.
